Beginning JNI with NetBeans C/C++ Pack 6.0, Part II, Linux

The tutorial will take you through the creation of a sample application which uses JNI to execute some native code written in the C programming language. For the Java part of the application you will use NetBeans IDE 6; for the C part – NetBeans C/C++ Pack 6.
You will start off by creating a simple Java project, adding a native method to it and then implementing this method in C using NetBeans C/C++ Pack 6.0. This is the second part of the tutorial that covers the creation of a sample JNI application in the Ubuntu Linux 7.04 operating system.

Can you direct me to a comparable tutorial for JNI with NetBeans 6.0 (or 6.1) C/C++ for Windows? I tried following the tutorial for NetBeans 5.5, and got stuck when the make step said that “–add-stdcall-alias” was an unrecognized command line option, even though the tutorial explicitly required it.Thanks for any help you can provide.
Hi!I’m following the link but I’m lost after setting up the c++ dynamic library.In the section Adding the Header file, it says to “Select the HelloWorldNative.h file”. I know its the JNIDemojava.h but when it goes to the implementing section again it instructs to edit the HelloWorldNative.c and how come there empty #includes? Sorry I’m confuse, still new with this…hope anyone can help me..thanks in advance
