LATEST NEWS  (Last update: sometime in September, 2010)

  • This page, is about my past work on Evolutionary Multimodal Optimization. Unfortunately, I am currently no more with KanGAL, I will leave this page as it is and describe my current work at a new page.
  • My research paper submission in MIT ECJ is now ACCEPTED. I shall list it when I have some more information available!
  • My submission to SEAL  2010 – “A Bi-criterion Approach to Multimodal Optimization: Self-Adaptive Approach has been accepted with highest ratings and will be presented during the conference in December,  2010
  • I have created a Wikipedia page on Evolutionary Multi-modal Optimization. If you are a researcher working in this field, please help me make the page more complete. We all want to do our bit for Wikipedia, don’t we?
  • My work with Prof. Deb, “Finding Multiple Solutions for Multi-modal Optimization Problems Using a Multi-Objective Evolutionary Approach” has been accepted to be presented as full paper in GECCO-2010
  • My work with R.Datta and Prof. Deb “Hybrid Gradient Projection based Genetic Algorithms for Constrained Optimizationhas been accepted for presentation at IEEE-CEC 2010
